Randi Siegel, MBA, is a state liaison for NHDD and President of DocuBank^®, a national digital registry of advance directives providing client preparedness through instant document access 24/7/365. Working with estate planning professionals since 1997, Randi speaks nationally at estate planning conferences and has appeared in the media as an authority on registries and advance care planning (ACP). She actively promotes ACP and patient self-advocacy as a member of the national Coalition to Transform Advanced Care and as a trained ACP facilitator. Along with her background in health policy and population health, Randi has real-world experience as a hospital administrator and executive.
