BethAnn Boudah Chapman (“Beth”) has practiced law in Juneau for over 30 years in the areas of estate planning, probate, and trust law. Beth also advises small businesses on business transition and other matters. She is an elected fellow and former state chair of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (www.actec.org), holds an “AV” rating from Martindale Hubbell Law Directory, and is listed in Super Lawyers. Beth received her BA from Saint Michael’s College and her JD from the University of Oregon School of Law where she was inducted into the Order of the Coif.
