Vidya joined InterActive Legal in January 2026, bringing extensive experience across software development, technology management, and consulting. She holds a M.S. in Systems Analysis from Miami University.

As a member of the Content Development team, she plays a key role in advancing the automation of legal document generation, driving improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Drawing on her broad technical and strategic background, Vidya contributes to the ongoing evolution of InterActive Legal’s platform and innovation initiatives.
