Anastasia Yu Meisner is an estate planner and mediator licensed in Oregon and Washington. She has been an attorney since 1998. She serves as a Pro Tempore Judge in the Washington County Probate Court. And in 2014 she was approved to serve as a Probate Mediator for the Multnomah County Probate Court. She is dedicated to her clients, and enjoys helping them find peace of mind that their financial affairs are secure.

Anastasia is an active member of the Estate Planning Council of Portland, the Oregon Public Broadcasting Planned Giving Advisory Council, the Oregon State Bar Elder Law Section Executive Committee, the Oregon Jewish Community Foundation Professional Advisors Group, the Oregon Minority Lawyers Association Board, the Oregon State Bar Advisory Committee on Diversity and Inclusion, and the Lake Oswego Chamber of Commerce as an Ambassador.

Her past professional and community activities include the Oregon State Board of Accountancy, the Mercy Corps Planned Giving Advisory Committee, the Oregon State Bar Affirmative Action Committee, the Oregon State Bar Diversity Section Executive Committee, the Oregon Law Foundation Diversity Committee, the Korean American Citizens League/Korean American Coalition Of Oregon, the Friends of the Lake Oswego Public Library, the Oregon State Bar House of Delegates, and the Oregon Governor’s Judicial Screening Committee.

For multiple years, Anastasia has been recognized as an Oregon Estate Planning and Probate “Super Lawyer” and in 2005 she was honored with the Oregon State Bar President’s Affirmative Action Award. She is also a frequent speaker and author.
