Subscriber Drafting Webinar: Drafting Irrevocable Trusts in InterActive Legal

September 26 @ 12:00 pm 1:00 pm

Complimentary Webinar: Future of the Estate Planning Profession

Webinar Description

Each InterActive Legal practice system provides subscribers with the ability to draft at least one type of “irrevocable trust.”  All systems contain the standard Irrevocable Trust, which is the document typically used to create an Irrevocable Life Insurance Trust and a Spousal Lifetime Access Trust , and will be the primary focus of this subscriber drafting webinar.

We will review the Irrevocable Trust in detail, discuss how it is structured (and why), and go through the interview questions.  We will cover how to set up this trust when there is a spouse involved and when there is not, grantor trust options, insurance trust options, “Crummey” powers, and more.

We’ll also touch on other irrevocable trusts available in Wealth Transfer Planning and Elder Law Planning.  Those trusts will be similar to the standard Irrevocable Trust, and we will highlight the differences.

This webinar is appropriate for subscribers of all practice systems.

Please Note:

InterActive Legal Subscribers will receive an email outlining the topic of each drafting webinar
with instructions for registration.
