Whitney Leifeste

Content Development Attorney

Whitney Leifeste serves as a Content Development Attorney for InterActive Legal.  She graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 1995 with her JD.  Ms. Leifeste also holds a BA and a MA in Communications from Angelo State University.

Ms. Leifeste’s legal career has always focused on all levels of estate planning and probate law, including high net worth planning for families and businesses.  She has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 1995.

Additionally, Ms. Leifeste taught college level and graduate level Estate planning and Business Law courses at Angelo State University.  She has also taught college level Public Speaking, secondary level mathematics, and the legal research and writing course to first year law students as a Teaching Quizmaster at the University of Texas School of Law.
