New Single Sign-On (SSO)
The NEW InterActiveLegal.com utilizes Single Sign-On (SSO) providing easier access to subscriber-only content on our website, legal discussion forums, and SmartContent drafting software through one login. SSO includes enhanced security features with optional Multi-Factor authentication.
New Forum Experience
We are excited to announce that our legal discussion forum has been upgraded with the launch of our new website.
- The NEW InterActive Legal Discussion Forum is located in the Resources area of the new website.
- We combined our Estate Planning and Elder Law Planning forums into one discussion forum to streamline collaboration with our subject matter experts, in-house attorneys, and the ILS subscriber community.
- Click here to access New Forum Experience Help Topics (how to subscribe to forum email notifications, add an Avatar, start a new topic, reply to an existing topic, and access the forum archives).
- We recommend you turn on your forum email notifications and add your forum Avatar before you get started with the forum. The Avatar is optional.

Expanded FAQs
The ILS Support Team has been hard at work creating a new self-help portal of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s) pertaining to Drafting Scenarios, Legal Content, Technical Support, Document Formatting and Editing, and Customization. FAQs provide answers to common questions from InterActive Legal subscribers providing a higher level of support for our subscribers. FAQ’s are located in the Support area of the new website.
Exclusive Subscriber-Only Content
Our new website includes access to exclusive content from InterActive Legal authors, advisors, and other distinguished colleagues. Take advantage of our extensive Webinar Library, Legal Knowledgebase, Attorney News Blog, and Practice Development Library, with its substantive articles, webinars, presentation materials, sample forms, and other exclusive content developed by our nationally renowned experts.
New Practitioner Referral Network
All current InterActive Legal subscribers have access to the Practitioner Referral Network. This network was created to give your practice the ability to consult with subscribers in other states who are familiar with the InterActive Legal documents.
- The NEW Practitioner Referral Network is located in the Resources area of the new website.
- Your Practitioner Referral Network listing has been updated to reflect our newly created practice area categories.
- We recommend you review your PRN listing as soon as possible.

Navigation and Search Tools
Our new website includes several easy-to-use navigation and search tools on the top menubar and the right sidebar menu including our new Tag Cloud, Category Filter, Author/Speaker Search, and other advanced search tools.
