Jerome Hesch
Jerome M. Hesch Esq., Miami, Florida serves as an income tax and estate planning consultant for lawyers and other tax planning professionals throughout the country. He is Special Tax Counsel to Meltzer, Lippe, Goldstein & Breitstone, LLP in Mineola, NY, Dorot & Bensimon, PA in Aventura, FL, The Jeffrey M. Todd Angkatavanich
N. Todd Angkatavanich is a Principal in Ernst & Young LLP’s National Tax Department, where he serves in the Private Client Services practice. He formerly served as Co-Head of the U.S. Private Client & Tax Group at the international private client law firm Withers Bergman, LLP. Todd is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation and is a member of the Society of Trusts & Estates Practitioners. Todd has published articles in publications such as Trusts & Estates, ACTEC Law Journal, Estate Planning, BNA Tax Management, Probate & Property, STEP Journal, and other publications. He serves as Chair of the Advisory Board for BNA/Tax Management Estates, Gifts and Trusts as well as a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of Trusts & Estates magazine. Todd is co-author of BNA/Tax Management Portfolio No. 875, entitled “Wealth Planning with Hedge Fund and Private Equity Fund Interests.”
Mr. Blattmachr is a Principal in ILS Management, LLC and a retired member of Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy LLP in New York, NY and of the Alaska, California and New York Bars. He is recognized as one of the most creative trusts and estates lawyers in the country and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America. He has written and lectured extensively on estate and trust taxation and charitable giving.
Christopher J. Denicolo is a partner in the Clearwater, Florida firm of Gassman, Crotty, and Denicolo, PA.  He specializes in estate planning and business planning, and is a contributing author for Leimberg Information Services (LISI).  Chris is a frequent writer and speaker on estate planning topics, and recently was a panelist on retirement benefits planning for Leimberg Webinar Services.  He has an LLM in estate planning from University of Miami, and received his JD from Stetson University College of Law.

Sandra D. Glazier is an equity shareholder with Lipson Neilson P.C. in its Bloomfield Hills, Michigan law firm office. Glazier concentrates her practice in the areas of family law; probate litigation; estate planning; and, probate and trust administration. She has served as a mediator, arbitrator and guardian ad litem in family court and probate cases. With over 38 years of experience, she has handled a multitude of complex cases. In the probate litigation arena, Glazier has represented parties in some of the largest estates subjected to litigation in Michigan. Martin Shenkman
Martin M. Shenkman is an attorney in private practice in Fort Lee, NJ, and New York City.  His practice concentrates on estate and tax planning, planning for closely held business, and estate administration.  Mr. Shenkman is an author of over 42 books and more than 1,000 articles.  He is an editorial board member of Trusts & Estates Magazine and the Matrimonial Strategist, and an advisor for InterActive Legal.  He is the recipient of many awards including being a 2013 recipient of the prestigious Accredited Estate Planners (Distinguished) award from the National Association of Estate Planning Counsels.  Mr. Shenkman was named Financial Planning Magazine 2012 Pro-Bono Financial Planner of the Year for his efforts on behalf of those living with chronic illness and disability.  Investment Adviser Magazine featured him on the cover of its April 2013 issue naming as the lead of their “all-star lineup of tax experts.”
